MakeSomeTime is simplest way to keep on top of your time for all the reasons stated on the homepage. We hope you enjoy using this service and that it boosts your productivity by making it as easy as possible to keep track of your time.
This web-based app lets you give clients a detailed explanation of exactly how much time you spent working on their projects. Once you've registered for a free account, just enter the projects you're working on, along with client information like billing address and notes you need. Then, when you're ready to buckle down just enter what task you're starting and assign it to a project.
The built-in timer keeps track of the cumulative time you're working; just start it up, minimize the browser window, and get on with what you're doing. When you've completed the task or just want to take a break, click the timer's stop button. When you're ready to resume, the timer picks up right where you left off.
MakeSomeTime remembers everything it's tracking, so when it comes time to invoice all you have to do is fill in a few fields, select your project from the drop down menu, and let the app do its thing. The invoice it churns out can be easily emailed to your client in a couple of clicks. MakeSomeTime also assigns each invoice a permanent URL so clients can access it anywhere.

Xint (pronounced “zint”) is an alternative to Windows notepad, with dozens of useful functions. Most of its functions are accessible via hotkeys and toolbar, and extra formatting options are also available through a convenient floating menu that is activated also via hotkeys or the system menu to wherever your cursor happens to be.Make extracting html content from a text file, or alternately, saving only the html easy. Turn tab space delimited text files into comma delimited files, or, vice-a-versa. Xint also does the standard find and replace much quicker then with regular notepad.
Another thing that is of great convenience, is that Xint can perform secure data encryption, using “Twofish”, a certified military strength 160-bit encryption algorithm, to securely hide sensitive data. Xint is a fairly resource-friendly application which comes with an uninstaller. Hope you find it useful.

MailDrop is an application that expands the scope of Dropbox to the inbox. Now you can upload files to Dropbox by email. Any emails with the label 'Dropbox' will automatically be sent to the 'MailDrop' folder in your Dropbox. Now files can be put on Dropbox from your mobile device or from any computer without having to login to Dropbox.
MailDrop runs in the background on your computer, periodically checking your specified email address. When it finds an email in the Dropbox folder of your email, it automatically searches for attachments and downloads them. The attachments are saved to your local Dropbox where Dropbox then takes care of uploading them.

You've all seen these invisible bookshelves, right? The books stack horizontally and and appear to just float on the wall.In fact, there's nothing special to their guide apart from the fact that they don't affix the required L-bracket to the inside of the bottom book. Instead, they just bought sufficiently large brackets and figured that the limited visibility of the brackets wasn't that big of a deal; having seen the results, we'd be inclined to agree.
They look really cool, but they can cost a bundle.
Fortunately, they're easy and cheap to make from simple L-brackets.
A bit of careful measuring and making sure they're level, and you're ready to start stacking.
Just make sure they're well anchored to the wall!

It started development as an undergraduate college senior design project mentored by Microsoft, and is currently being maintained by some of the alumni that originally worked on it. Originally intended as a free replacement for the Microsoft Paint software that comes with Windows, it has grown into a powerful yet simple image and photo editor tool. It has been compared to other digital photo editing software packages such as Adobe® Photoshop®, Corel® Paint Shop Pro®, Microsoft Photo Editor, and The GIMP.

We're excited to say that support for watching 1080p HD videos in full resolution is on its way. Starting next week, YouTube's HD mode will add support for viewing videos in 720p or 1080p, depending on the resolution of the original source, up from our maximum output of 720p today. As resolution of consumer cameras increases, we want to make sure YouTube is the best home on the web to showcase your content. For viewers with big monitors and a fast computer, try switching to 1080p to get the most out of the fullscreen experience.
Just how much larger is 1080p? Take a look at the following screenshots from this video:
Have an HD camera? We would love to see your awesome 1080p videos! Be creative and choose subjects that really show off the beauty of your camera. We will run the best examples on our homepage in a future spotlight.
And those of you who have already uploaded in 1080p, don't worry. We're in the process of re-encoding your videos so we can show them the way you intended.
